The concept
A surprising number of serious surfers are also serious golfers, and a surprising number of serious golfers are also serious surfers. The two sports share a temperament: morning rhythm, ocean proximity, the patience to read conditions, the willingness to travel for the right setup. Yet nobody has built a premium travel product around the overlap. Until now.
The Bali Grand Tour is the first cross-brand experience in the Roya family. Roya Surf runs the morning. Roya Golf runs the afternoon. Roya Dreamland holds the centre. One concierge, one bill, one week.

A typical day
5:30 AM. Coffee on the villa deck and a check of the swell forecast. 6:00 AM. Departure with the coach for Uluwatu, fifteen minutes from the resort. 6:30 to 8:30 AM. Dawn session in uncrowded conditions. 9:00 AM. Long breakfast back at the resort, eggs and tropical fruit, the team going over the morning footage.
10:00 AM. Driver to New Kuta Golf Course, ten minutes up the road. 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Eighteen holes on a championship layout that drops down to the cliffs above the Indian Ocean. Long lunch at the clubhouse. 4:00 PM. Afternoon surf at Dreamland Beach, walkable from the resort, for the second session of the day on a more forgiving setup. Sunset at the beach club. Dinner. Repeat.
