These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Roya Surf website at roya.surf and your participation in the Founding 100 membership program. By accessing the site or submitting a membership application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Roya Surf is operated by Everville Estate PTE LTD ("Everville," "we," "us"), a company registered in Singapore.

The Founding 100 Program

The Founding 100 is a limited membership program offering early access to the Roya Surf travel ecosystem. Membership is capped at 100 founding members. Acceptance into the program is at our sole discretion following review of your application.

Founding membership includes: lifetime founding-tier pricing on all Roya Surf experiences, priority access to new destinations and itineraries, and a voice in shaping the Roya Surf network as it grows.

Deposit Terms

The Founding 100 application requires a refundable deposit of $1,000 USD, processed securely through Stripe. This deposit reserves your seat in the Founding 100 program.

• The deposit is fully refundable upon request at any time before your membership is activated.
• After membership activation, you have a 30-day window to request a full refund.
• Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after approval. See our Refund Policy for full details.
• The deposit will be credited toward your first Roya Surf experience booking.

Membership Obligations

As a Founding 100 member, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during the application process.
• Treat fellow members, staff, coaches, and local communities with respect during all Roya Surf experiences.
• Comply with all local laws and regulations at destination locations.
• Acknowledge that surf travel involves inherent physical risks, and that you participate in all activities at your own discretion.

We reserve the right to revoke membership for conduct that violates these obligations, with a full refund of any unused deposit balance.

Intellectual Property

All content on roya.surf, including text, images, design, branding, logos, and software, is the property of Everville Estate PTE LTD or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everville Estate PTE LTD, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, participation in the Founding 100 program, or any Roya Surf experience.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of your deposit ($1,000 USD).

Surf travel and ocean activities carry inherent risks including injury and property damage. Roya Surf provides curated access to experiences but does not guarantee conditions, weather, or wave quality. Participants are responsible for their own fitness, ability, and personal insurance coverage.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active Founding 100 members by email of any material changes.
