What does the refundable deposit cover?+
The $1,000 deposit secures your place on the waitlist and is applied to your initiation fee when you choose to activate your membership. It is fully refundable at any time before activation.
What is the full membership price?+
The Founding tier is $25,000 initiation plus $9,000 per year, with grandfathered pricing for life. We will walk you through the full terms when you are ready to activate.
When does membership activation begin?+
We are opening activation in phases starting summer 2026. Your seat is held from the moment your deposit clears, and we will reach out within hours of your application.
What happens if I change my mind?+
Full refund of the deposit, no questions asked, at any time before activation. A thirty day satisfaction guarantee on the membership itself once activated.
